CreativeMornings/Buffalo talk: Paths of Intention

In May of 2017 I had the honor of giving a talk at CreativeMornings/Buffalo. The theme for this month was Serendipity. I shared my story of a year-long trip to Ukraine and the discomforts and discoveries about the place where my parents were born. Through photography, I came to better understand the differences between homeland and diaspora. During my trip I sought the home where my mom was born in a small Ukrainian village, and this proved that setting specific goals helps serendipitous moments cross her path. See it here.
