I am a Buffalo, New York-based Ukrainian-American visual artist and photographer. I am passionate about documenting stories of incredible humans doing good things for the world and for themselves.
My commercial photography champions nonprofit organizations, cultural institutions, innovative entrepreneurs and creatives.
I have worked in the contemporary art world and was a Fulbright scholar in Ukraine. I work to preserve and explore Ukrainian culture through my visual art and serve an array of community efforts.
My friends describe me as organized, hilarious, and insightful, which is really nice of them. I live with my husband and two kids in a century old home with a giant, fruiting cherry tree in the middle of the city.
I have lived past lives in Brooklyn, Boston, Kyiv, Ukraine and Paris.
And if you’re wondering about my last name, the j is silent.
